ORDERS & SHIPPING

Do you ship to my country?

We offer international shipping - no matter where you are, you can buy from us!

 

How long does it take to dispatch my order?

Once we receive your order, it will be processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours. It may take a little bit longer during peak seasons but rest assured that our team will dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

 

After dispatch, how quickly will my order arrive?

Depending on where you are, here are some estimates :

United States & Canada - 8 to 20 days

Europe - 10 to 25 days

All other countries - 15 to 35 days

How will I know when my order has been processed and dispatched?

Once we dispatch your order, you will be informed by email. We will also send a tracking number so that you can follow the package.

 

Is there an order minimum to qualify for free shipping?

No, we offer free shipping on all orders, no matter what quantity, and without any minimum-purchase requirements!

 

How can I track my order?

You can either use the tracking link we send to your email address after your order is dispatched or you can simply do it directly on our website HERE. Kindly note that it can take up to 3-4 days for the tracking system to start showing information about your package.

 

What shipping method do you use?

All orders are shipped using standard mail.

 

Can you ship my order using express couriers?

We can ship your order using DHL, FedEx or UPS but this will come with an additional cost. Kindly contact us to discuss about the different options before placing your order.

 

Is there any limit on the amount of products I can purchase?

No, you can order as many as you want. If we don't have the quantity you need, you will see an "out of stock" notification on the product page itself. In that case, you can contact us and we'll try our best to get these products for you as soon as possible.

 

Can I get a discount for bulk orders?

We do offer discounts for bulk orders but these are for certain products only. Because we are already selling at a very low and competitive price. Get in touch with us to know if the product you want to order qualifies for a discount.

 

What should I do if I do not receive my order?

What about duties and taxes?

Your order may be subject to custom duties and taxes in your country. This additional cost is not included in the product prices and should be paid by you. Please contact your local customs office to get more information.

What payment options do you accept?

Can I place an order by phone?

RETURNS & REFUNDS

I did not receive my order, what should I do?

Get in touch with us and our team will try to find where your package is. In some very rare cases, it does happen that packages get lost during shipping. If that happens we will re-send your order completely free of charge.

 

What steps should I follow if I received a defective, damaged or wrong item?

Let us know and we'll let you know how to proceed.

 

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchases, you can return them for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receiving them. But you will have to pay for the shipping back to us. We will only accept products as long as they are unused, unwashed and in their original condition – complete with the original packaging, tags etc...

If the product you received has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return to us and we will issue a refund or send a replacement. In these cases, we will happily cover the shipping fees.
